Port Princess Dolphin Cruises - Mooring and Access

Before coming on board purchase your tickets from our White Mobile Ticket Box located behind the Red Light house (end of Commercial Road, Port Adelaide)

  

PORT PRINCESS has a WHITE MOBILE TICKET BOX moored on the Wharf's edge right next to the Red Lighthouse with a large blue dolphin and our name Port Princess on the top in blue

PORT PRINCESS is moored between the Red Lighthouse (end of Commercial Road, Port Adelaide and the Birkenhead Bridge)

 Location map for the Port Princess (see below) -  we are moored to the East (right) of the Birkenhead Bridge on Nelson Street in front of Fishermen's Wharf Markets north of Nile Steet

 


Visitors can use public transport or come by car

BY BUS:   From North Terrace (opposite Adelaide Railway Station) take Bus 150 to Osborne. Alight in Port Adelaide at bus stop A. Walk north along Commercial Road towards the lighthouse.

BY TRAIN: From Adelaide, take the Outher Harbor Line to Port Adelaide station. Walk north up Commecial Road towards the lighthouse.

GETTING THERE  BY CAR:  Port Adelaide is approximately 13/km/25 minutes drive from the Adelaide City Centre

  • from Adelaide via Port Road (Route A7)
  • from Glenelg via Tapley's Hill Road (Route A15) or Military Road
  • from Northern Suburbs via Port River Expressway (Route A9)

FREE PARKING in front of the British Hotel

As you approach the Birkenhead Bridge (do not cross over the bridge) look to the left in front of the British Hotel  there is plenty of free parking. Then you only need to walk across Nelson Street (which is the approach to the bridge) and we are moored directly in front of Fishermen's Wharf Markets on Queen's Wharf. A map of the parking areas is available below. (Wait 2 minutes for it to come on screen).
